My video card is not supported ? wtf.

Got a new small update now i saw and i cant run the game.. it says my Geforce GTX 550 Ti with latest drivers is not supported.. rofl? what the hell.....

Try a complete reinstall of the drivers? It's possible that the newest Nvidia drivers have some kind of an inherit bug which affects only a very small slice of hardware. If that don't work, just rollback to the previous drivers.
