I know that great rare headgear has to have +2skills, fcr and 2 open sockets, but I think that this one also beats most of the uniques and should have at least some value:

I know it's not a "godly" item, but is it sellable?

Nope. Compare it to Shako?

+1,5 mana/char lvl
+1,5 life/char lvl
+2 all stats
+10% dr
+50% mf

Your circlet doesnt stand a chance imo. And shako can be bought for a Pul.

A good rule of thumb is to compare circlets to shako/coa etc..

Circlets are special because they can have fcr! Think of that!
