Two cc/cd gloves

This is the pair I've been using for a couple of weeks:

• 254 Armor
• +78 Dexterity
• +75 Intelligence
• Attack speed increased by 8%
• Critical Hit Damage increased by 33%
• Critical Hit Chance increased by 9%

This just dropped last night:

• 242 Armor
• +70 Dexterity
• +78 Intelligence
• +31 Vitality
• +48 Lightning Resistance
• +48 Resistance to All Elements
• Critical Hit Damage increased by 34%
• Critical Hit Chance increased by 10%

I'm a bit torn here: the second pair works out to –3% dmg, but +10% EHP.

So how much are these two worth? [Obviously, I won't be selling both. ]
