Skeleton Mastery and non necro summons

Hi there i wish to ask : suppose a necro summons a grizzly, valk or gets "reanimated returned" to be part of his army - do these summons benefit from skeleton mastery?

Nope. Skeleton Mastery only enhances the necromancer's two skeletal minion types (skeletal warriors and mages) and revives. It doesn't do anything for golems, nor for other minions granted through items and such.
