PVP content glitch on 1.0.6?

Hi everyone!

I just rolled new game and D3 decided pop out this weird pvp menu in 1.0.6? Just wanna now is this a glitch or what?

I sure haven't seen anything like this. What do you mean by "pop out this weird pvp menu" - how did you find it? Did it literally pop up or was it hidden in some menu?

Tried roll game with wandering merchant dungeon in ACT2, just selected quest and started game. When game got loaded this menu was up and i can't do nothing in game except press esc to access normal game options or press "Save and exit game" what brings that logging out title.
