Thats it, not much, but may be a couple of puls for someone who cant afford mara's??

Its a jordan's stone orb:

3 sockets
Superior: 10% dura/8% ed

Could not just trow it away, any value?

Simply put, iirc, you cant make any runewords in such an item. So I have no idea!

Yep, runeword wise Orbs are completely useless.
