Well, only 20frw, no fhr and Pres. Sure its worth a few ists. Not much imo.

Yep..20frw, not so high if its without fhr, 9 dex is nice add, and Prez mostly useless...Also rez are nice but not high as it have to be for mld.
Self use or maybe 1-2 ists
