So THQ has bankrupt and probably disbanded by now. I'm thinking since it had Warhammer, Jay Wilson left D3 to focus on that, and that Blizzard had obtained Warhammer.

I'd consider it plausible. Chris Metzen and a couple of high-up blizz longtimers are known to draw alot of inspiration from WH(40k) and D&D so I wouldn't put it past them to charge forward to acquire the rights for WH games.

Also, its possible that TITAN would refer to Warhammer as a massive franchise.
