Best weapon for necro act 5 merc

I always go with an Act 2 Might Merc for my necros but an idea for an ultra cheap Act 5 barb merc set up

CB + Static set up

Eth Crescent Moon elite sword
Guil Face
Eth Duress elite armor

50% cb, static and dirt cheap

Yes, i also thought about it.

Static is great, but other than that, crescent moon damage is pretty low.
As I am DECENTLY rich, i'll go for something better
