This one is probably somewhere between ist and ber. I am no lld specialist but that's what lld ppl are usually looking for. 13max is no less than ist itself and 10lres is very nice bonus.

i think perf max dmg is 14, and this Lrez is nice add....~hr

Lres isnt such valueable at the lower lvls. Resistance can be skipped totally sometimes.

Its more and more valueable the higher lvl you get, lvl 9 duellers doesnt use much spell dmg.
13max is awesome though, so expect a hr at least from a devoted lld'er!

You just need to find one!
