    What could be a good price for it? Should i sell them unid or it would be better to identify it?

    Its an item thats only sellable if its got highstats, so I doubt its tradeable unid.

    Sadly no.

    The reason why it needs so high stats to be sellable, or at least one reason, is that LoH is so much better in most cases.
