PC on a Dagger with both LoH and Life steal, plus Crit/Socket/AtkSpeed

Hi Guys,

Just looking for a price on a Dagger I found. Stats are 850Dps (1.66 per sec), 11% Attack Speed, 237-575 Holy Damage, 867LoH, 2.20 Life Steal, 61% Crit Damage and a Socket.

I figure this would be good as a Monk offhand especially when dueling starts on live servers. Couldn't find anything on the AH with both life regen stats.

This is a nice item!
Even it has rather low dps the stats will carry it up to be worth quite a lot!
it has 687 loh and not 867, but 687 is really nice also.

Put it up for bidwar startbid 50M perhaps, its a huge survival weapon with good dps.
I will not faint or fall dead if someone out there is willing to pay 200m for it even if it has low dps
