Lashing tail kick - What damage type?

Does anyone know what damage type Lashing tail kick is, and more specifically, if the rune Scorpion Sting changes the damage type? I can't find the info anywhere. I suppose Spinning Flame kick is fire damage, and Hand of Ytar is lightning but the rest...?

I would assume physical unless the rune says otherwise like Vulture Claw Kick and Spinning Flame Kick.

Ah, yes you're probably right. Would be nice if Hand of Ytar was lightning though. Could be useful PvP-wise in combination with Won Khim Lau
