PC on an amulet, thanks!

Hey guys, I just got an amulet drop tonight that I can't find any comparisons for on the AH, so I'd appreciate any thoughts.

Stats are:

+32-48 damage
92 str
68 vit
956 LoH
306 armor
446 life regen
400 damage on being struck

Is this worth anything? Thanks!

Without any crit stats or IAS it's really not going to be worth much. You could possibly get 200-300k out of it, but I'm skeptical about even that.
