There are two main options: Um or 5/5 Poison RBF. Um is a no-brainer. I wonder about RBF. Is it worthwhile to put RBF 5/5 Poison die in this helm, for boosting Rabies?

I'm not sure how much a facet will increase your damage. In my experience rabies was already a really damaging attack. You might want to think about putting a Ber rune in if your not at 50% dr yet. Or a Cham if you find yourself getting frozen a lot or to free up a ring that I suppose is being used by a raven frost. Finally I would suggest a perfect Ruby, the life this adds is boosted by your lycanthropy and battle orders if your using cta. The benefit is greater than a Jah rune's 5% life bonus which is not multiplied by either.

I went with Um. I have Bramble and Trangs, so my Rabies will do around 20k easily. My res is a tad low, so Um is best. Ber is an overkill.
