Fury and Rabies IAS

I'm making a Fury/Rabies Druid. I use Ribracker and will probably get Grief BA + Stormshield on switch. I will have quite a bit of IAS: HL: +20, Werewolf: +50, Ribcracker: +50. That's +120 IAS. I wonder, should I put Shael in my Ribcracker to get additional +20 IAS? Will I hit some new breakpoint?

I checked the calculator on this page. It seems that with Shael I can get to 5/4 Fury speed.
