Keeping track of legendary drops

I claimed in this thread that i average about 1 legendary per run.

I got curious to see some real numbers, so i will keep track of my runs from now on and post the drop numbers in this thread.

I do keep 1+2+3, run straight through fields of slaughter and clear rakkis crossing, then skycrown+stonefort.
This run takes about 20 minutes.

I will count legendary items and set items seperately. I will also take notes of enemies slain so i can do a rough legendary/kills.

I will do at least 50 runs to begin with and update this thread regularly.

Interesting, mind if I track the same, having something to accomplish is always nice? What MP will you do it on, I'm assuming 0?,

Your'e very welcome to do the same, the more numbers the better. Please create your own thread though so things not get messed up.

I run on MP0 and max MF.

Lifetime kills: 814,207 (Getting closer to that million )

To get a rough estimate of my kill speed, here is my hero:

I run archon build. On MP0, elite packs go down in 2-3 seconds.

Also, i run completely selffound, never use AH.

First run complete and of course, no drops

I will keep track of key drops as well, to see if it correlates with the 5% that is claimed to be MP0-droprate.

10 runs done now and 7 legendaries and 1 set item, making 0.8 legs per run so far.

In a way i understood that i cursed myself with this thread

Run 11-19 dropped nothing, zip, zero, nada. By far the longest dry spell i've had (with max MF).

Run 20 netted me a set item (Immortal King's Stride).

So a few stats this far:

Runs: 20
Legs: 7
Set items: 2
Legs / run: 0.43
Avg time between legs: 45 min
Mobs killed: 25,404
Mobs per legendary: 2,822

Nice statistics! I yet have to reach Inferno to farm Legendaries...

funny side note: I'm at the start of Act 1 Hell and my barb's life is almost the same as your wizard's How do you manage to survive???

I run archon build, which means i kill everything before they even see me

Also, blood magic rune for some life steal to handle reflect packs better.

And prismatic armor.

I do die from time to time, but often as a result of some mistake on my part
