Got this ring and i think it's quite nice but wouldn't be the first time when i'm wrong because im kinda bad at valuating stuff, so any help would be appreciated =)

Well first of all, you know that rares can have up to a max of 6 affixes. 3 suffixes and 3 prefixes.
10fcr determines what kind of ring it is, its a kind of base affix.
Adds to the fcr, should be valueable to casters. Since fcr favors casters.
Res/life/str/mana/dex in that order. Imo.
Since casters are good mf'ers, res is good on the rings. Since 500-600mf on gear is easily obtained, but not 145res. (-70 to +75) (if aiming for mf, there is)
10fcr/24Cres/29Lres and even the 11 mf can be accounted for on this ring.
3 affixes is barely minimum for me, I wouldnt bother picking up a rare with only 3 useful affixes. UNLESS! Its high rolled ones, yours are.
It could have been alot better ofc, and I usually comment about what kind of "lacks" the items have. To teach you, and to easily say its not useful/tradeable.
But I think this could be tradeable. Not for alot, but all is relative. SO.. Id value this ring about Pul-Mal. It all depends on the buyers experience and taste!
Im way to tired to make a pc, so I might aswell edit this tomorrow morning when I wake up. Its my first workday tomorrow and I have to go up in 4 hours from now!
