Trouble with character on ladder

Just recently joined a ladder but for some reason it won't sync my btag. I just continually get "This Battletag is in our system waiting to be Synced with BNet. If you cannot wait please feel free to press the SYNC NOW button above ^", with the last detected change stating "a long time ago". My btag is Văgisil#1781, I am thinking it my be an issue with the alt character maybe? Thanks.

I had contacted support through email and he said that the team would look into my issue last week, however I am still unable to sync my battletag.
