Question about Resolve

Does Resolve affect all monsters (giving you an extra 20% damage reduction) as long as you are attacking or does it only affect the monster you are currently attacking? I know that only active skills will trigger it.

Pretty sure it's every monster you damage with an active skill like TC. Not sure about SW.
It's implemented as [damage/1.2] so it's really more like 15% less damage taken.

Just monsters you've damaged in the last 2.5 seconds.

And no, sweeping wind doesn't work with it.
