I found dis belt and i wanted to know the value on it.
I checked the price guide and its wutrh a pul, but if its a 40/15 its wurth 30-40 ists.
I wonder what the 3 points less in vitality makes the difrence in price

sorry to say but anything under 40 is just um-ist.
40/15 is not 40 ist...max hr if lucky...if not 12-15 Ist...depends on rep life and Def ...if its 40/15 with 13 rep i would pay hr...i payed 12 ist for 40/15/11 (with almost perf def) last lader.
