Druid Build Single Player Offline

I play PvM offline. Not connected to battlenet, only playing with my brother sometimes on LAN.
Version 1.11 . No Mods.

I saw that Spirit runewords can be placed in 4socket shields and swords.

And I saw that apparently offline players like me who are not connected to battlenet can't make them. Is this really true?

Also - could you show me a good Wind build for PvM?
Like how many skill points on this / that.

Welcome to the forums. First off yes by default only players that play on b.net can make them. If you want them in offline play you must use the Runeword Mod, RWM, from the Single Player Forum.

Unlike Diablo 1 when you play on b.net the saves are saved on blizzard's computers not your own. While it is true that b.net players cannot play with single player, or offline players, with the exception of the ubers and the charms they drop you can make SP the same as b.net. See the link to the ATMA/GoMule and RWM sticky I provided.

As for the help with a Wind Druid hopefully someone will post some info. I would also try the Druid Forum and the Single Player Forum.

It may seem strange but we'd prefer to play vanilla, like no mods. Is there a chance to find any good druid weapon or make one with simple runes without any mods?

Sadly many good runewords require the RMW mod for SP.

There are uniques, but only a few that are good for Druids. One example is Jalals Mane.
