Lo and ohm I'm pretty sure occur more than once;

Lo: Grief, Fortitude
Ohm: Cta, famine

I think he means more than once in a single runeword. I also haven't checked, but I know that this is true for zod and cham. Probably thul, io and pul, as well.

Runes aren't only used for Runewords, one socket items or in a single equipped item. Using as an example the above Gal rune, you couldn't make a 60fcr, Slows Target By 60% PB.

And wouldn't be able to get 200+PLR socketing helm + armor + shield. One equipped rune of each maximum, like gheed's work on inventory.

Yea, that's what I noticed right away on the first few posts.

When you figure 3 socket helms, 4 socket armors, and 6 socket weapons some of these runes are insanely OP. It would be pretty fun to cruise around with a level 60 vigor aura though!

I'm not even sure that runes can have proc thingers, but those seem the most interesting today.

I like the Fog rune, but I dont think rune have more than four letters "Cham" and I kind of like that. Thus I will copy your idea of reanimation and change it a little
