Makes a great offhand, as DPS on offhand does not make a difference (see this article: http://diablo.incgamers.com/blog/com...e-a-toothbrush)

TL;DR... MP10 Azmodan died just as quickly using a 1000+ dps offhand and 15 dps offhand with similar stats. Also, attack speed on offhand affects nado ticks, with this dagger being almost as fast as it gets.
