What is the exact interaction of bone armor with defense, blocking, pdr, idr ?

Also, from game it appears that thorns works with bone armor, is that right?

Application order is as follows:

1. Defence
2. Blocking
3. Bone Armour
4. Damage Reduced by X
5. Damage Reduced by Y%

Attacker Takes Damage from items still applies when Bone Armour is active, but damage returned by Thorns, Iron Maiden and Spirit of Barbs is based on physical damage being applied, so negating it with Bone Armour results in no damage being returned.

Just as a similar question, where does Bone Armor fall in the hierarchy as far as Energy Shield is concerned? My experience with 'Bone' on ES sorceress gave my the impression that ES comes after, but a little conformation would be appreciated.

I can confirm that Bone Armour and Cyclone Armour apply to damage before Energy Shield.
