Exile RW was made recently and Vex used in it was found in WSK by my lite sorc.
Schaefer's hammer was dropped by Baal for my LFzon. I remember that because it is the first and only time I found one.
Fine GC of vita was dropped by Diablo recently on my LFzon, and then rerolled a few times.
