You CAN run it with those specs, but I doubt it will run well, even at the lowest settings.

I think you need more RAM. In any case you can play the Starter Edition to see how well it runs on your system.

Your specs blow the doors off my T60p laptop and it runs "fine" on my T60p.

Fine = just barely good enough, avg fps 20. :(
