PVP Smiter quetinon?

Hello everybody,i have a quetion,that ive been wondering about couple days and saw diferent opinions on that.

Does a PVP smiter need just Pcombat Life sks? or just 20l sc's or a balance between Pcombat sks and 20l sc's.

What i mean is ,with only sc's a Smiter should have 5.5 k life,with only Pcombat sks 4.2-3k with a balance between them around 4.7-4.9 k. but more damage .With 5 Pcombat he should have 2303-2464 Dam.(if not wearing bk)

In another words does it worth to sacrifice life for higher damage,and whats better ,will this make a difference in PVP?
