Life Tap and Dragon Talon

Can Life Tap proc from Dragon Talon kicks, or do I need to hit with a claw? I'm thinking about Drac's.

Yes it can. DT is commonly used because it is one of the fastest ways to apply effects like open wounds, crushing blow, life tap, etc.

Does it work with Deadly Strike too? I'm thinking about Gore Riders here.

Deadly Strike does not work. The Open Wounds and Crushing Blow will work. Drac's and Gores (upped) were the bread and butter of my last UT kicker.
