For most junk in the offer list i'll take pgs, crafting supplies, res.charms, Hels, Kos, Lems and so on.

As i've written in the opening post, i do not trade it for runes, because I do not understand current prices both for charms and for tal set.
In the middle of the ladder i'd say it's value is at least 3-5 times higher than full tal, though i would price check it before selling for runes anyway.
