how is EHP calculated on diablo3ladders ?

this is one of my characters

it says the mainhand contributes 32.48% of my EHP

it has no armor, no strength, no dexterity, no resistances
all it has is 138 vitality

my legs contribute 0% to my EHP
they have 38 physical resistance and 257 vitality

my right finger ring contribute 0% to my EHP
it has 69 Resist All, 33 Dex and 75 Strength

I thought EHP was took damage reduction into account
