can a NM Gc from Eldritch be rerolled into a skiller?

Any gc from about act3 NM and on can be rolled into skillers. It needs an ilvl of 50, and the close to that ilvl it has, the larger the chance to roll into a skiller.

Eldritch has mlvl 62 (62 ilvl drops) iirc on NM.

Archone is correct - any Grand Charm from the Nightmare Flayer Jungle on can be a skiller.
