    Wormhole is a mobility concern for a highly kite-focused build. Fracture has a lot of nice qualities, but being able to get from one side of the room to the other is really why teleport is in the build at all. When you're playing a CM wizard often all you want to do is use teleport to re-position out of desecrate or past arcane or the like, and fracture is perfect for that, but kiting is a different kind of beast.

    Back in 1.02 when I played blizz/hydra all the time I actually loved duplicates, which meant I used wormhole simply because duplicates + fracture was sort of redundant - but I definitely like fracture in a lot of circumstances, absolutely a good rune, just doesn't serve the purpose I was going for in this build.

    Might be a stupid question but would you recommend force armor regardless of armor/ar levels?

    edit: saving up my own machines again to test with friends later on.

    Well there comes a point where you have enough EHP that force armor isn't good. It obviously depends on the MP level, but with 400k EHP force armor is definitely better for me than prismatic. My guess around 600k EHP you should switch to prismatic.

    Okay was just wondering if the typical rule still applied. Divorced Diablo 3 yesterday over disagreements as to what drops I ought to be getting vs. what Diablo 3 keeps giving me. But my rage-quit has subsided so should be able to mess around with this today between awful, awful archon farming runs.
