I did some research on it and i think for level 69 is perfect with :
76Ar
39 Life

...45 Life pops up with Lvl 83...correct me if im wrong...I dont know if it can be selffound (and i think you need ball charm to roll it...)

41-45 life requires a higher ilvl of charm = Nihlatak/Diablo/Baal drop.
So iirc its 40 max for your charm.

I cant estimate a value this ladder, they can vary in value quite a bit!

But last ladder Id value it at least 3-4 hrs. Maybe 5 if lucky, and by that I mean you find a seller whos not bothered with ar.
