I am in. I want to try something new. I haven't played much hardcore, so I am sure I will die soon.
Also is it ok to stash gear for my other HC chars? I hope it is.
Kora, lvl 1 Witch Doctor.
EDIT: Kora is lvl 10, just obtained the crown from the crypts.

I got up to level 10 with my WD and the crown quest. Nothing too dangerous yet, the dogs tank pretty well. Haven't found any rares yet, sadly.
Stashing off will be allowed as it follows old tradition. But no using it as an extended stash for your character. Only the backpack for your personal character items.
Correct. You can re-run whatever you want in an act as long as you have not moved on past that act.
Giving this a new try, barb named "Rembrandt"
Sure can! You can enter as many times as you want.
Here's an updated table. If you're playing along as well, get yourself in the table and add yourself to the private group here. It is still showing all of your characters, but this way we can at least track which character you are using compared to the rest of the group.
Position Profile Name/BattleTag Character Name Class Clvl Act/Difficulty Status 1 InteNuIgen InteNuIgen Barb 12 A1 Norm Dead 2 Kestegs WD 10 A1 Norm Alive 3 Hrus Kora WD 10 A1 Norm Alive 4 Cheerupemokid10/pizzle#1873 EdTheJanitor Monk 3 A1 Norm Alive 5 InteNuIgen Rembrandt Barb 1 A1 Norm Alive 6 7 8 9
Heck, if it's the first official D3 tourney on the SPF, of course I have to join in!
Goldmoon, the kamikaze barbarian princess has been created! Now I have to first read how to build a semi-successfull HC tank barb, and see how long I last!
Edit: And that was it for me as well... level 11 at the chancellor eamon right before getting the crown! The fun thing is the HC part. The less fun thing is actually running out of potions and not being able to TP to town to buy some more!
Well, surely made me want to build a nice HC barb when the time comes and I gain a bit more experience with D3! Good luck you guys and gals!

Hmm i feel like allowing multipass conflicts with allowing wandering merchants... Assuming wandering merchants sell pots (and even if they don't), the optimal strat is probably to "shop" wandering merchants. I.e. keep respawning the game until you get a merchant. Tedious.
