Fps drop issues

Hi guys, need your help.
I've posted numerous posts on Bnet technical support and I've submitted a ticket for this particular issue, but no blue replies and none of the workarounds have helped so far.
Basically, when playing, FPS drops really low in fights and in some areas to 10.
My computer is pretty decent and should run D3 without a problem:
Phenom X4 BE 955 @3.2
4GB RAM
XFX Radeon HD6850
Running from OCZ Vertex 3 SSD
12/1,25 Mbit connection
Win7, ALL drivers up-to-date
I've tried lowering settings to lowest, and same thing happens.
No malware, no background apps running.

So, did any of you had this issue and did you manage to resolve it?
