#1: Weapons with that low DPS are nearly impossible to sell. It could potentially sell as a Barb off hand, maybe for 100-200k if you're lucky

#2: No crit damage is the real killer here. It could possibly sell for 500k, but I'm not convinced you'll actually get that much.

on the first one the dps is actually pretty good for a WW barb offhand but, LoH is too low (I wont use anything under 800 LoH on my WW barb) maybe itll sell for a few hundred k. I have up one a bit better that didn't sell at 50k. but who knows, worth a try.

the second one, ya, with no crit not an easy sell. I'd agree w kestegs 100% there ...
