+Skills are generally desirable and quite useful for a fishymancer, so what is the absolute highest +skill gear one can gain theoretically. (including rares/crafted/rune words/anything)
The hierarchy should be
+all skills
+Necro skills
+summoning skills
+SM&RS
I think surprisingly alot of set/uniques won't fit here. Have a go!
+summoning:
helm: +3 circlet
weapon: AokTL ( +5 )
shield: rare totem ( +5)
amu: +3
ring: +1 each ( SoJ/BkWB)
belt: arachs
boot: marrowwalk
total: +19, +21 to SM. You can add 7-8 skillers there too.
Note the above is not very suitable or easy to get, here is a more balanced setup
helm: shako +2
armor: enigma +2
weapon: AOKTL +5
shield: +4, splendor in +3 head
rings: +2, SoJs
belt: arachs, +1
amulet: Mara's, +2
skillers: 7
total: +25, meaning slvl 45 RS
It's not really about ease, its theoretical so absurdly difficult gear is also permitted. I'm fairly sure you can +skills in gloves too. Not sure about boots tho.
Marrowalk has +skills, but you can't get on gloves (you get amazon/sin skills on rare and magic gloves). Only thing would be Magefists' +1 fire skills which applies to CE.
Other than leaving out armour for the first setup and the +4 from torch and anni, zaph covered it all
