Well, first off... with your crit chance and dexterity, it seems to me that if you got a better crossbow (maybe less dps, but socket + high crit damage) and possibly switched to sharpshooter, you might not need a whole lot of survival gear/skills; you should have enough dps to wreck things before they threaten you. More crit damage would work wonders for your dps.
Other than that, you should probably put some effort towards getting more res and some +maximum discipline. Just a 7-10 extra discipline combined with Preparation can help a whole lot.
Rain of Vengeance - Stampede is a great defensive skill, especially in tight areas. Since you can use Spray of Teeth for trash mobs you might also consider switching Ball Lightning for Frost Arrow.
