necro summon bug ?

i have the latest version of D2:LoD and there is a necromancer bug, he cannot summon any creatures even with the starting wand of +1 summon skele or even if i place a point into the skill itself the right click doesn't work, but if i select townportal on my right click it works, also if i left click to where i want to go and right click while having summon skele on right mouse button and press it the necro floats or i can do circles with the mouse then the necro does 360's.

this only happens with necro, all other chars are working flawlessly

i've reported this to blizz, all they managed todo was give me the knowledge base and couldn't find anything releated.

Sorry if this isn't the problem...

Are you casting it on a corpse? You can't just summon a Skelton without a corpse.
