It's in Shanghai and its call Cafe Tristram! I am almost certain this is not authorised by Blizzard but the decorations are quite impressive

Don't be fooled by the trail of cinders meal in there though, sure they may have recently changed the recipe to make it extra yummy but that'll change soon!!
