I know that IAS is slow, but both Crit are awesome, and almost 200 Dex to. I alreay had 2 evaluations for some friends and told me 20usd and 100usd :P, so really i dunno what to think. Please i will appreciate more eval, offers are welcome to ofc.

You will be lucky to get 10-15 Mil for it. The IAS is going to crush the value on this along with the fact it has lower regen, and not 10% Crit. Sorry, RNG was hating you on this roll.
