I know the damage range is low, but the rest of the stats are pretty good. Couldnt find anything else on the AH with anything similar. Not sure what maximum arcane power does to the value.

171 INT
regenerate 164 Life per second
15 Maximum arcane power
10% crit
Crit add 10 arcane power
Increase Blizzard duration by 3 seconds

Anyone have even a ball park on this? Unfortunately I don't play a wizard so I'm not sure how much the low damage roll is going to take away from the value? Are these like weapons were damage is king and without the item is worthless?

Someone will still pay a few Mil for this because of the mods. Just a tough sell because the damage is ultra low.
