Gearing for efficient A3 farming

Hey guys, I would like some help with stats/gear/spec to farm A3 efficiently with a budget of around 10 mill (?). which pieces should i change/upgrade first?

Consider upgrading your helmet with a gem socket so you can get a plus 25% exp gem. Investing in something like that will make up for a lack of dps. Plus, down the road you can always swap in a %life gem if you want.

should be able to get a good wand for 1-5m. That will boost your dps, which you need. Buy some gloves that have as much crit chance + ais (ais is priority over cc) you can afford.
