Where can one find a list of the proc rates of the skills (and runes)?

I gave this a whirl last night while I was testing a few other builds. Like others, I can't see dropping EB, so I dropped Teleport and just waded through everything (which is what I mostly do anyway). You lose the "oops" button that repositions you out of fire chains, or breaks a jailer, or what have you. That's risky. But you do gain a WTFPWNJEANCLAUDEVANDAMAGE button that really is pretty remarkable. My paper doll dps is only about 33-34k, and I was blowing stuff up for 750k. Yeah, ok, you can't get away from those fire chains. But you might just kill them outright, and if not, you definitely take 1/3-1/2 of their health on the way down.
Fun. But a little awkward/ungainly with the buff-switching. That part disorients me a little if the AE doesn't end the fight.
