I really need some help wiht my Dh to stay alive more than 1 hit in act 2,3,4. Nothing is bought in the ah mostly stuff ive found or got from friends. The problem is my discipline doesnt last long enough and i cant afford good max discipline gear. My hope is to find someone who can give me some advices with my ability build and gear. I feel like im farming rep cost in act 2,3,4.
400 all resistances. 1000 vitality. +10 max discipline is best, but +7 is better than +0.
Farm moar.
What about tank build wiht life per sec, all res, vit and armor ?
You have an empty socket in your helm... put an amethyst in it?
http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/K.../hero/10698440 is what I use on my DH (not my main char though), I try to keep mobs away from me, putting down a trap then when they spring it, use evasive fire to get out of the way and keep that up.
If my discipline is low I'll use rain of vengeance to knock them back and buy me some time, I try to wait on using preparation till I'm lower on health to get disc and hp back up and keep on kiting.
Something that might help is a windforce on a scoundrel with multi shot or a weapon with knockback / fear / anything to keep mobs from you on the templar. With ofcourse the right skills.
Maybe get a weapon with LoH or LL, maybe use nether tentacle on elemental arrow, 3% of damage as life is pretty nice, then you don't have a AoE attack anymore but evasive fire with covering fire fixes that. Use evasive fire on bunched up mobs that aren't to close or you want to get away from. I've gotten this build from here: http://diablo.incgamers.com/blog/com...n-hunter-build
The biggest threat I have seen to a demon hunter is reflect damage mobs. Gloom + Nether tentacles negates this threat a lot.
