[EuScL] PC on small charm +3 max dmg/+19 ar/+2dex

A friend told me this SC would be of great value for javazons:

Fine small charm of dexterity
+3 to maximum damage
+19 to attack rating
+2 to dexterity

But can someone tell me what I should ask for it? Is it worth a ber, or less, or more?

The best sc for pure dmg bow Amazons.

Ive bought these for 5-10 ists before. (Perf 3/20/2 for the double)
