AKSoR??? How/where to get...

Hi everyone. I've just finished my LLD Fissure Druid, I love him honestly, he's a lot of fun, and when I really like a character, I try to make him perfect (just to be "proud" when entering a game with him).
Soooo, back to the topic. I really need an AKSoR (Artisan's Kite Shield of Regeneration)... to make it simple: 3os magic kite shield with life replenish. But can't seem to find it... seriously I've already run Fara, I pick up every magic kite shield I see on the ground, and no luck... I have never actually SEEN even a simple(wihtout os) kite shield or regeneration. So, any help? please?

Your looking for around item lvl 40+ magic kite shields.

That's very nice, and I do thank you. But, where can I get it? specific location/NPC? I've been running Hell Charsi (because I can open a cow port just there and go in ant out to change her tradelist) for like an hour, and best I got was an Artisan's Kite Shield, and a Kite Shield of Regeneration, but never seen both mods on a single shield.

All items at shops have item_lvl=char_lvl+5. In normal difficulty there is ilvl caps for every Act: 12 for act 1, 20 for act 2, 28 for act 3, 36 for act 4 and 45 for act 5. In Nightmare and Hell item levels are not capped.

As the amount of affixes (mods) able to spawn on an item increases with ilvl, the chance for that combo spawning is less on shields with an ilvl above 40 (if Mrjones is right). So ideally you'd shop NM or Hell Charsi with a level 35 char.

Thanks a lot! Just another detail: I don't know if I made myself clear (or maybe I didn't understand very well the lvl40 stuff), but, my Druid is lvl 30, he refuses to lvl up, kinda like Bulbasaur in pokémon (lol). So, if I want an AKSoR for my druid, wouldn't it be better to shop hell Charsi with a lvl 25 character? I mean, 25+5=30, so there's no rick in having an item above my druid lvl. Or AKSoR only spawns at an ilvl40? Kinda like gambling?

Oh just forgot to ask! If I have a shield with an ilvl40, doest it mean that it has aswell a lvl40 requirement? I really think that I'm wrong, but if someone would clear this up, I'd be grateful.
Allright, I think ilvl isn't really lvl req, these are two different things that do not depend (or not alot) on each other, right? So i'd just better forget it and go to charsi with a 35lvl char.

Item level requirement is 3/4 of the highest affix level, which in this case is 'of Reneration' with alvl 40. So the level requirement will be 30

As far as I know, yes. Which is why you should shop with a level 35 char. Are you absolutely sure you've seen a KSoR while shopping with this char?

Thank for clearing this up. No, I've never seen an AKSoR in my life... But I've heard of it, in the LLD101 forum, in a Fissure druid thread, and it seems that it's usable at lvl 30

I meant to ask if you see a KSoR (i.e just replenish, no sockets) while shopping with this char. Seeing as the shield would need to be ilvl 40 it shouldn't be possible to shop one with a level 30 char.
