I was wondering why a bunch of OPs were getting Noodle'd. I thought he was just Noodling around, but indeed he had a goal of enforcing the Chicken Broth that is this website.

I hadn't seen that link on the front page, but do consider it a bit different. We've had a problem with people posting links to their own sites on the forums as if they've just discovered something cool, when it's been very obvious that all they are doing is advertising their site / youtube stream / what have you. I'm not aware that the front page of the forum has run into the same problem, as the Admins control it. Rather than having to analyse and weigh the merits of each individual site that gets posted here, which would be a nightmare and inevitably lead to arguments about what site is worthy or not, we prefer to eliminate the links themselves. Youtube videos can be embedded in the DiabloIIITV portion of this site, however, so that type of content can be shared without us supplying free advertising to unrelated third parties.

I noticed you spared the reddit links from the culling. Reddit is not considered a competitor site and is fair game to link?

This is true for all of the internet. But Reddit's fine, and an excellent source for information to then be posted on this site.
