So it's true that single res is lower than all res.... wow I wonder what went on in the head of those who designed that? & why isn't that patched yet?

Maybe because of the monk skill to get all resist equal to the highest one. It's still strange though.

Okay, so lets buff single res to go up to 100 so we can have OWE monks become immortal with 3 items.

It's not that easy to search for 2 resist mods on each item; and it removes all offensive choices for monks.. With diminishing returns as it is now 800+ resist becomes useless anyways.

But really, now the ymade single resist ONLY useful to monks using OWE - something most monks won't I guess as it's only 1 out of many skills with similar benefits.

Returns on armor and resistances are not diminishing. Resists over any particular number, much less 800, are not useless. Most monks do use OWE. No other monk passive offers a benefit that powerful.

1) 1.0.4 also includes having 5 search options in the AH
2) Diminishing returns balances with armor, so as long as you keep your armor and resists together, they aren't a problem.
